Bretton Hall, a landmarked apartment building on the Upper West Side, had a facade showing a century of New York weather: deteriorating terra cotta, a parapet in need of full reconstruction, ornament at risk of loss if the work wasn't handled correctly.

We led the restoration to match the building's original detailing piece for piece, rebuilding the parapet and repairing the facade to preservation standards rather than simply making it safe. The project was later covered by the New York Times, whose architecture critic Christopher Gray singled out the building's history and the quality of the restoration.
